Brief

The Lost Animal Toy is a toy from Rumi. The toy package needs an appearance that matches the product inside. In additional,
The re-design packaging project needs to bring sustainability concern in material production.

Finding

To enhance the toy's appeal, I aim to develop packaging that is both reusable and contributes to the toy's narrative. The toy's box is designed to double as a playing board that can be expanded upon opening. Furthermore, the modular shape of the board allows it to connect and expand with other boards. To facilitate repeated opening and closing of the box, we have replaced glue with tabs for forming the box. My visual rebranding strategy was to make the logo more vibrant and fun, including showing more product stories. I designed to use the lowercase as it gives a more friendly scent with the curvy round shape of the fonts. In addition, I created the icon of a moving animal to represent how crazy the toy is running around.
